Terms & Conditions

SecureShare lets you encrypt a secret (a password or short text) in your browser and share a one-time or time-limited link. Encryption and decryption happen client-side; we store only the ciphertext and minimal metadata required to deliver the link.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• · Share illegal content, malware, phishing material, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• · Distribute credentials, personal data, or secrets you are not authorised to share.
• · Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, overload, probe, or interfere with the Service, its rate limits or its security controls.
• · Automate access, scrape, or generate abusive volumes of links.
• · Use the Service in violation of applicable laws, sanctions or export controls.

We may block, rate-limit or remove content and access at any time, without notice, to protect the Service or comply with the law.

The Service is offered without user accounts. The decryption key lives in the URL fragment and never reaches our servers. If you lose the link, we cannot recover the secret. Once a one-time secret is opened, or once expiry is reached, the content is permanently destroyed.

You are solely responsible for the content you encrypt and share, for choosing the recipient, for transmitting the link through a channel appropriate to its sensitivity, and for complying with all laws applicable to the content (including data-protection, confidentiality and intellectual-property law).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including — without limitation — warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted or error-free operation, security, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that links will always be deliverable or readable, that stored ciphertext will remain available for the full stated duration, or that the Service will be free of bugs, vulnerabilities or downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CYBERACE LTD, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or substitute-service costs, arising out of or in connection with:

• · Your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
• · Interception, disclosure, misuse or leakage of a link or the underlying secret by you, a recipient, or any third party.
• · Loss, corruption, premature deletion or non-deletion of ciphertext or metadata.
• · Downtime, latency, delivery failures, bugs, or security incidents affecting the Service or its providers.
• · Content shared through the Service by you or by anyone else.
• · Any decision or action taken by you or a third party in reliance on the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Service is limited to EUR 50 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Because the Service is offered free of charge, this cap will typically be EUR 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CYBERACE LTD from any claim, demand, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure (including Lovable Cloud/Supabase and Cloudflare). We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may update these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect on publication of the revised Terms. Your continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to CYBERACE LTD's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at that place, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a different forum.
